Our physicians follow precedents and authorities set by judicial decisions and administrative legal findings & rulings to eliminate disputes, denials and undervaluations.

Agreement

Fee for consulting agreement and exclusive territory protection is $47,500.00. This fee protects others from purchasing in your assigned zip code areas. Although financing recommendations are available, Client will have the sole discretion to seek financing of choice or may pay individually by check or credit card. 

 

The program is heavily ‘Front Loaded’, which means that a large portion of the fee is allocated at the onset for the production of assets as seen in “Exhibit A: “Proprietary Items List – Strategic Marketing –Marketing Assets” and “Exhibit B: Scope of Services”.  You may also cross reference by viewing the ROI Brochure. Many of the proprietary materials are expensive to produce and some services are more expensive to deliver. Significant time and development costs exist for such items as:  researching, writing, customization and submission of each of our creations as: the professional Magazines, monthly attorney mailer series, County Bar Association Journal Byline Articles, the weekly attorney e-bulletin Network Generation Attorney Marketing & Management series, plus creative design of the bulletins weekly, producing the html formatting necessary to deploy to your attorney database, customization, deploying and compiling of analytics and phoning the attorneys who open to set-up meetings & referrals. I have shown that other companies charge $2,500 per month for just one issue without any deployment, analytics, follow up or attorney calling. There can be significant costs to continue to phone attorney’s on behalf of the client to schedule attorney meetings. Some of the attorney direct mailings can cost up to five dollars each for each of the attorneys in your database. We also create client custom web page and physician directory listings that need to be maintained. We work with you to create and update other landing pages and/or P.I. Business Facebook page.

 

The client is granted continued access to the Accident Works of America webinars and online training courses. Clients also have access to the existing proprietary materials and intellectual property of the personal injury system including media advertising to extend beyond attorney education and marketing to acquire direct new P.I. Patients via: Radio, TV, Tabloids, Glove-Box Kit, Flyers, USPS Direct-Door Campaign, and custom response web ‘landing pages’ as an easy runway for attorneys to access our offers. These can also be seen in Exhibit A: “Proprietary Items List – Strategic Marketing –Marketing Assets” and can be referenced in the ROI brochure.

 

This offer constitutes a ‘Charter Membership’ and is being offered at-or-near our basic cost to deliver. This price is designed to allow us to invite new charter members to grow the numbers rapidly. We are unable to provide these proprietary materials and service and deliver the program and its contents for less cost, or we would. We recognize that less intellectual property or less proprietary material, while it might cost less, would not be sufficient to constitute the core competence and UVP of this program required to deliver our brand and give the full benefits and results. Client has seen the ROI sheet showing comparisons to other industry prices for materials and recognizes the deep savings and high value of this program. The monthly fee to receive our entire program contents costs less than some single items alone as sold by others within this industry.

 

After a three month ramp-up period, Client agrees to provide a minimal level of ongoing support for us to continue to create new proprietary materials and intellectual property and to advance our members in the professional and public market sectors. This also includes the creation & production of new products and advanced services to assist in your continued business development, clinical core competence, management, branding and marketing development. Such additional client support will allow us to continue to develop the brand, advance you in the small business development professional sector and public market place and enhance your image, reputation and presence in the market place and we will ask for your additional support at such time of a continuing monthly consulting & services delivery fee of only $299.00 after the three month ramp-up period. This is fair.
